When is the sign up deadline?

The deadline to sign up is on the 26th of each month, and our mail is sent out the first week of each month. So if you would like to receive the upcoming month's mail, you will need to be signed up on or before the 26th. Otherwise, you will receive the following month's mail.

Example: If you sign up on or before April 26th, you will receive May's mail.

If you sign up on April 27th, you will receive June's mail as your first mail.

When is the mail sent?

The Abide Mail Club is sent once per month, during the first week of each month. Join on or before the 26th of the month to receive the following month's mailer. For example, subscribe on or before January 26th to receive February's mailer, which ships the first week of February.

Do you offer tracking?

Our Mail Club Subscription is sent by letter stamp postage with no tracking, so please be patient for it to arrive in your mailbox!

When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed monthly on the same day you originally subscribed. Billing details can be managed through your customer portal at any time.

How long will shipping take?

The general delivery timeframe for orders in the U.S. is up to 14 business days.

Why hasn't my mailer arrived?

If your mailer hasn’t arrived after the general delivery timeframe provided in the FAQ, please contact us at info.liveabide@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name
  • Shipping address
  • The month you’re missing

What if my mailer arrives damaged?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photos shortly after delivery and your order details, and we will take care of it.

How do I update or cancel my subscription?

You can cancel, pause, or update your mail club subscription at any time through the customer portal after you subscribe.
